Welcome to Peaks Vista. By booking a tour, trek, or any related service with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure a clear understanding between you (the client) and Peaks Vista. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your tour or trek.
For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required upon confirmation.
If you must cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 20% of the total cost
31–59 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
15–30 days before departure: 75% of the total cost
Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total cost
No refunds will be issued for any unused services or portions of the itinerary once the trip has started.
Any requested changes to a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
Peaks Vista reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
If we cancel your trip, you will be offered an alternative date, an equivalent tour, or a full refund of all monies paid.
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal accident, medical expenses, baggage loss, theft, trip cancellation, and delays.
Peaks Vista will not be held responsible for any costs arising from incidents not covered by your insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for your selected itinerary, especially for high-altitude trekking.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the tour without refund.
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry.
It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary visas. For Tanzania, most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival or apply online in advance.
While we take all reasonable precautions for your safety and enjoyment, travel involves inherent risks.
Peaks Vista is not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, delays, illness, political unrest, natural disasters, or acts of God.
If you have any concerns during your trip, please notify your guide or the Peaks Vista office immediately so we can address the issue on the spot.
If not resolved, formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the end of the tour.
We may capture photos or videos during your tour. By participating, you grant Peaks Vista the right to use these materials for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
